General Fitness Training is designed for the average, everyday person who wants to learn proper training form, nutritional education and equipment application in the gym. The goal is to educate the client so he / she can train independent of a trainer.
Mariel came to me in Aug 2019 with the aspiration to learn the functionality of equipment in the gym. Also, to obtain a better understanding of how to build a successful nutritional plan, and create an overall healthy lifestyle.
As you can see the difference in pictures, over the last
2 1/2 months she has dropped 10 lbs and 4 pant / dress sizes while creating a leaner more toned athletic body. In addition, she has learned how portions and timing of meals impacts her body.
I am very proud of Mariel as she is on her own now and through all the education, sweat, and work she managed to always keep a smile!
