Fees for weight-training sessions $900 -with $50 discount for athletes also attending speed camp.
Program is a 10 week session designed to strengthen and bulk the first 6 weeks and condition the last 5 weeks while maintain first session gains
In addition a beginner strength program is offered with a focus on learning and understanding why we work out, importance of nutrition, core strengthening, explosion and coordination training, and the last 6 week session will focus on proper lifting technique for the three main lifts in middle school: Bench, Squat, and Hang Clean.
Camp will run for 10-weeks, 4-days per week for $900. There will be no discount given for completing half the complete session. The cost for one 6 week session is $500.
